Converting an existing cart or wagon? The two-piece castellated wheel hubs are the part most converters come for: they lock a balloon tire mechanically so it can't spin on the hub under motor torque — the classic failure that shears valve stems and kills tires on powered conversions. Today's files fit 16.5-inch Wheeleez-class balloon tires, printable in carbon-fiber nylon on any capable printer; the pack includes the mounting approach and adhesive spec the real cart runs. Additional tire fitments — including 12-inch Wheeleez — are in development and will be added to the pack; buy once, get every update.
